About our Scholars
Our Scholars are Black and Latino college students with the drive to build careers in financial services. 75% come from low-to-moderate-income families, and 55% are the first in their family to go to college.
They have already earned their seat in college. What most of them have not had is anyone at home who works in finance: someone to explain how recruiting works, which roles exist, or who to call. That is where you come in, and it works.

A high-trajectory role means a job requiring a four-year degree, starting at $60,000 or more, with real upward mobility.
College is only half the battle
The degree isn't the barrier. The first job is.
Finance hiring is relationship-intensive. A Scholar who walks into an interview having already talked to three people in the industry is a different candidate than one who hasn't. Social capital is the asset our Scholars are least likely to inherit and most need to compete.
Our full-time coaches handle the technical training. You bring what training cannot transmit: what the work is actually like, how you got there, and who else they should talk to.
