We have a revolutionized approach that gives access to underserved students to various career paths within the financial services industry. We're seeking dynamic sophomores and juniors to join our cohort of visionaries, disruptors, and problem solvers. Join Us in Redefining Possibilities:

As a Greenwood Project Scholar, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside your peers and prepare for an internship through a guided 4-week training program. We train our scholars based on skillsets and their selected majors. While we interpret fit across all majors, we are looking for Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Coding, Information Technology, and Cyber Security majors. We encourage all majors to apply. Those that match our criteria and skillsets will be admitted into the cohort on a rolling basis. Placement into an internship with our partner companies will be dependent upon the completion of the 4-week training and assigned tasks provided by The Greenwood Project. Benefits:

·     Network and create meaningful relationships with alumni, peers, and leadership.

·     Students receive $20/hr during the four-week training period provided.

·     Scholars can expect to earn approximately $8,000 - $12,000 during the 10-week experience if they successfully complete all program requirements.
