Greenwood Project is now training sophomores for junior year internships. This is your launchpad into the world of finance.
The Greenwood Project program provides rigorous training, skill-building, and networking opportunities for students across multiple years of their college career. During a 10-month program (July 2026 – May 2027), they engage in virtual sessions, courses, and projects to build and enhance professional clarity, foundational industry knowledge, technical skills, and corporate culture practices.
Scholars also have the opportunity to connect and network with corporate volunteers and professionals. Through an enhanced coaching program, scholars receive tailored mentorship and coaching to ensure support throughout their journey. Upon completing the program, scholars gain the necessary skills to attain internships and roles in the Financial Services Industry.

Your Learning Journey
Module 1: Professional Clarity
Scholars engage in a series of activities, workshops, and reflections to gain a deep sense of self. This personal clarity provides a foundation to determine the best-fit career track and role.
Module 2: Rigorous Interview Preparation and Track-Specific Learning
Scholars complete targeted interview preparation and career-specific coursework to build the technical skills and confidence needed to succeed in internship interviews and future careers.
Module 3: Corporate Culture
Scholars refine and polish professional skills and knowledge, including professionalism, personal branding, and corporate culture.

THINGS TO CONSIDER
Our fully virtual 10-month program prepares 2029 graduates for a 10-week summer internship placement. *Internships not guaranteed.
We require a 3.2 GPA. A personal essay is required to apply into the program if candidates have a 3.0 - 3.19. A GPA below 3.0 will not be considered.
You must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. permanent resident (includes DACA participants) in order to participate in the program.
We are currently not able to provide sponsorship to applicants who require or will require a work permit.
